ABOUT ME

I’m not here to sell shortcuts or surface-level motivation.

 

I’m here to help you break through the limits you’ve been living under, physically and mentally, and show you what you’re really capable of.

My background is rooted in elite sport: Powerlifting, division 1 footy, karate, swimming, and basketball. I’ve lived the highs of performance and the lows of injury. It was through those setbacks that I built patience, resilience, and a hunger to grow stronger in every way.

That’s what Untapped Potential stands for.

Whether you’re chasing a body transformation, wanting to lift heavier, or coming back after time off,  I coach with intention. Everything I do is fully customised: structured strength training, mindset development, and the kind of guidance that helps you hold a higher standard — especially on the hard days.

This isn’t about being the best. It’s about becoming your best. You’re capable of more than you think, and I’m here to help you prove it to yourself.
