Daniel has been training with me for almost 3 years now and within his first year of competitive powerlifting he made nationals for powerlifting.
Here is him bench pressing 175kg as his second attempt!
Giacomo has been an online powerlifting client for over 1.5 years and at 16 years of age he has accomplished many pb's.
He has bench pressed 100kg (as seen in the video above), deadlifted 175kg and squatted 157.5kg all in competiton.
Daisy started off training barely knowing how to body weight squat and now 2 years she has squatted 130kg for 2 reps.
